If you have 2,3 vegetable poriyals, kulambu, rasam leftover.. U can make this tasty Sunda Kulambu
You can do with Sambar, Sundal kulambu, Pulli Kulambu, country vegetables Poriyal, Rasam, dhal.
Don’t use avial, more kulambu.
Put all together, add little salt and boil in low flame for 7,8 minutes. Add a tsp of gingerly oil.
