Herbal Porridge recipe.. Good for health. Prevent from fever and cold and body pain.
Can be taken during Ramalan fasting days.
Raw rice – 1/4cup (50 gm)
Small onion – 2 to 3
Garlic – 2 to 3
Ginger – 1/2″inch
Pepper – 1/4tsp
Jeera – 1/2tsp
Long pepper – 2
Green chilly – 1
Salt – 1/2tsp
Wash and soak rice for 1 hour. Drain water and blend slightly into rawa.
Add 2 cups of water and cook. Add water in between and cook for 10 minutes in medium flame.
Grind other all ingredients without adding water.
When rice is cooked, add grinded ingredients and salt. Adjust the consistency by adding water.
Add chopped curry, coriander, mint leaves. Mix well and switch off.
This will give 1 litre Porridge.
